Washington grown Honeycrsip apples I've sampled have been blandly sweet and moderately crunchy while every Minnesota and Wisconsin apple I've had has been complex and distinctively crisp. I have not had a Honeycrisp Apple before, however I love apples and that’s what this taste like, a fresh, slightly tart cool apple. It was very crisp and juicy, but it wasn't very sweet, and not tart whatsoever. The flavour is sweet with very little trace of acidity and little depth or complexity.
